COFFS MOUNTAIN MARATHON - LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY |

 it's now less than a month till the Coffs Mountain Marathon & September is the ideal month for riding in Coffs. Keep the training up in preparation for this great course.
HURRY you have until the 1st September to get your entries in for the Marathon to receive your free t-shirt and water bottle.
We have had to make some course changes in the forestry and we have now have the profile on the website for you to check out the elevations for the 100k & 50k courses. They go in 10k increments so you can really plan your race.

MAXXIS QLD DOWNILL CHAMPIONSHIPS WRAP UP & RESULTS |

The 2008 QLD Downhill Championships were a huge success with 215 competitors taking part at Kenilworth and brought an end to the downhill racing season for the Sunshine Series.
The Gravity Mountain Bike Club had a well organized Champs with plenty of shuttles with everyone getting lots of practice runs over the weekend ahead of Sundays racing.
Racing was hotly contested with Samantha Gambril taking out 1st place ahead of Lea Harley. In the Elite Men's James Maltman secured his position as Queensland number one ahead of Lindsay Kelein 2nd & Tamryn Murrell 3rd. DOWNHILL WEEKEND - 2 DAYS DOWNHILL RACING 18TH/19TH OCTOBER
To keep you up to race speed we will be hosting downhill weekend at Canungra over two days at two different venues in conjunction with the Gold Coast Mountain Bike Club. Saturday will be at the Illinbah venue and course with camping available overnight, then on Sunday you move 15 minutes down the road to the Twin Peaks course at Benobble, Canungra. We will be using the two original technical tracks we used for Twin Peaks Series. More news to follow soon.

GOLD COAST MTB CLUB DOWNHILL RIDE DAY - ILLINBAH |

The Gold Coast Mountain Bike Club will be hosting a social downhill ride day on Sunday 7th September. Numbers are strictly limited to 100 riders and pre-enter only with payment. Two Wheel Promotions will be managing the on-line entries on behalf on the Gold Coast Club. Click here.
